Cypress pond is great. We love living here. The staff is excellent. Maintenance is always prompt, courteous and helpful. I really enjoy the resident breakfast and the other activities they hold in the office. I would recommend everyone to live here!!
Wonderful place to live! The staff are great, the apartments are beautiful, and there are awesome events held where you can go and meet the people who live around you. It is an all around great experience living at Cypress Pond!

Cypress Pond at Porters Neck is a great place to live. It's close to everything! There are so many fun things to do. The staff here has a monthly breakfast, cookies every Friday, and the super fun Pinot and Pinterest monthly. All of this is free!!! They also have yoga! The pool is lovely, and the basketball court is awesome!
