Moved in a few days ago and we love it! The location is great, the staff is awesome and the apartment is beautiful! Mike and Karla have been the best! Thank you guys for getting my boyfriend and I moved in! We are so happy. I definitely recommended this place!

Sold our house fast so we had to get apartment until we find a house to buy here and we hadn't lived in apartment in 35 years. This place by far is the best! Love location and the one problem I did have was fixed very quickly.

Great location. Awesome staff. Safe. Dog friendly. Met nicest neighbors. Feels like a home, not a faceless complex.
We looked at quite a few apartment complexes and when we saw Cypress Pond we knew it was the right one. the apartments are much more spacious than other places we looked at. We have met a lot of great people living here between the staff and the neighbors. We enjoy all of the activities they put together to get the Cypress Pond community together.

It has been a very good experience. The location is wonderful and the staff have been very good. Love the apartment set up including washer/dryer included.
The apartments are soooo spacious and the staff is very friendly. There's a great variety of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I've only been here a couple of months but I'm looking forward to living here in the summertime.
I moved here from upstate NY. I hade a 3 bedroom house and hadn't rented for years. I was concerned about the noise and having neighbors on top of me, & all around me! I was on the 3rd floor and never heard much of anything. Now I live in the 1st floor and still very quiet. There is a real sence of community here. We have gatherings all the time put on by Cypress Pond and staff, like Taco Tuesday with live music pool side & Pinot & Pinterest, Yoga. The staff is fantastic and helpful with all our needs.
