Amazing staff hands down a really nice apartment community. John and Nicole are great. Nicole who assisted me was very helpful and with a great smile at all times. The service she provides goes above and beyond! Keep up the great work Cypress Pond @ Porters Neck ��
This place is a joke. Old cheap appliances, dirty floors, roaches everywhere, pool always closed and half the time the trash compactor is broken. Gym has one treadmill, one bike, and some sorry a** weights. Theres much better apartments in Wilmington for the $$$.
