We moved out at the end of February 2023. We terminated our lease early because they failed to continue to provide a clean community like it was when we moved in, they failed to continue to provide a gated community like there was when we moved in, and they failed to continue to provide working security cameras like they had when we moved in. They did not live up to their end of the bargain. This was supposed to be a gated and monitored community. As of the time we left the gates were left open 24/7 and an employee indicated the cameras didn't work all the time. The apartment landings were filthy, smelled, and we had to dodge garbage juice just to get in and out. We just could not live like that anymore, and since they quit providing services and/or amenities we were offered upon signing a lease.
