Awful experience! Wish I had never built my home through them !
My husband and I toured a Cypress home during the Winter Parade of Homes a few years back and were immediately impressed with their home as well as the representative they had there. We were on the fence of deciding to build or not but Greg was very helpful and assured us we would be very happy. We have been in our Cypress home for a couple years now and still in love with it every day! Cypress was great to work with and made the building process so easy!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. From the owner all the way down, we have had nothing but awful customer service, no follow through and horrible communication. I have been lied to on multiple occasions regarding issues that I was told would be taken care of and I'm still waiting on issues to be taken care of that should have been completed before I moved into my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I am happy to say we have a Cypress home!! Their homes are beautiful and their team is excellent to work with. Honestly it was so easy. Shannon went over and above for us. She is super organized and a go getter. Taya is amazingly talented with helping to design your home to look gorgeous. Cassie is incredibly knowledgable with making sure your home is perfect in the end and making it right if need be. Highly recommend them. They rock!!
Worked for this company and it was a total joke, got shafted on money also when I quit and so did another guy on the building crew. Won't ever do business with this so called company
