We finished building our home with Cypress in 2016. Working with Devon and the design team was great. We moved in and it took entirely too long for many of the warranty items to be completed. That seemed to get better when Tim came on board and finished the projects. We love the house, it's wonderful now that it's finished.
We worked with Devon on our new home build as well as selling our previous home. Devon is awesome! He is very knowledgeable about the home building process and has a high level of integrity to make sure things are done correctly and to our satisfaction. It was like building a house with a friend. I am actually pretty surprised at the number of 5 stars on here! Was warned not to build with this company. I shared the warning with another friend after we built our home. All three of us share very similar stories. It’s unbelievable the number of issues, frustrations and stress this company caused us. Took a full year to get all of the items completed.
