RecommendedMy family just moved into our new home that we built with Cypress. We are so happy with the way our new home turned out!!! Everyone we worked with at Cypress was so friendly and professional throughout our whole journey. Not only did they build our new home but they helped us sell our old home... in 2 days!! The quality of our home is outstanding. Shout out to Brock, Greg, Taya, And Chris for being so awesome throughout this process! Awful... wouldn't recommend ever. My husband and I put an offer on a house that Cypress was building in April. The home was in a great neighborhood, had a nice floor plan, and was in the location we wanted. We met with their designer, Taya (who is absolutely fantastic - she was the only good experience we had with Cypress), and decided to buy the home from them. I just cannot express how thankful I am for Cypress homes. We met with a lot of builders to find the right fit and as soon as we found Cypress we knew we found the right builders!! We LOVED building our home with them! It was SO EASY, quick and such an amazing process!! Greg was AMAZING to work with! He was kind, professional, and made our dreams come true! My wife and I worked exclusively with Shannon and Taya when we built our home. They were both very professional, yet we had a lot of fun at the same time. They make the construction fun. I have heard all the horror stories about building a new home from fighting with the spouse to the builders never following through with their promises. I have built homes in the past and was present throughout the entire build and I never once had to say anything about the quality of work that was being performed. I would highly recommend Cypress as a builder as our experience was great. Everything was very easy and we built a pretty custom home.
Shannon was amazing to work with during our building process and still after we settled in our home. She is/was our go-to person thru it all. She is professional, knowledgeable, no nonsense, prompt and also extremely fun to work with! I highly recommend Cypress Homes because of her and all the staff we worked with. They truly make the company stand out.
We moved into our Cypress home in June 2019, and are beyond happy! We always thought that building was out of our budget, but Cypress worked with us to make our dream a reality. They were flexible in allowing us to do work ourselves and make ‘out of the box’ selections to keep costs down. The process was also very timely, as we had an accepted offer on our old home within 24 hours of listing, and the build was completed in under 5 months.
