The board member Walter is grotesque. By far the rudest man I have encountered with. He thinks he owns the building. Doesn’t let anyone in the clubhouse or the pool table. The kids can’t play in the pool. They aren’t allowed to have pool toys. The hallways are hot. There is no ac in the hallways which in the long run cause moisture and can potentially ruin people’s units.
