My experience was very successful as Dr. Cernak was very clear in her treatment and follow-up. Her technicians were first class and made me feel very comfortable during treatment. 5 star all the way.
I am fortunate to have met&seen Dr Cernak as she was able to address my feet issue.I don't know the corporate structure that is Weil but feel Cernak could straighten a few things out. My initial visit, with Dr Sorensen should not have been scheduled since he was unable to address my issues as I explained when making this appointment.As an afterthought he did address a toe issue but I had to request puncture site sterilization for this procedure.I have a big problem leaving a creditcard on file!
Dr.Cernak is a great doctor.Dr Cernak puts you at ease and explains in layman terms what course of treatment is needed.All the medical tech's supporting Dr Cernak are always so nice and cheerful.I would recommend Dr Cernak for anyone with foot problems.I came to Dr Cernak because my feet were hurting and somewhat numb.I went through the treatments and now my feet feel so much better.Thank you Dr Cernak ! Dr. Cernak is very professional, and also has a sense of humor. She diagnosed what was wrong and how to fix my problem.
She was great with my daughter. We went in for in ingrown toenail, but found out she has wide toe nails. The doctor had to remove part of the nail and she explained the procedure to her fully. After the shot, my daughter felt nothing. She also didn't miss any school or any additional pain.
All I have to say is that she is amazing!! She takes care of you in a way that makes you feel special! You know you can trust her and she knows what she is doing! I had a great experience! Thank you very much Dr. Cernak! I'm so grateful!
I've been to other Doctors about my foot problems and nerve pain in my feet. Being a senior they would tell me that I was getting up in years, pat me on the head and prescribe more drugs. Dr Cernak is really concerned and listens to your problems. She did some tests and recommended the EST therapy for my nerve pain. Since completing the treatments my foot pain is 90% gone. No more scaring the wife and launching the cats to the ceiling when I would yell from a shooting pains in my feet.
Dr Cernak is very thorough, she explains what she is doing, why she is doing it, and the expected results. She assures you that if the first course of treatment doesnt work, she will keep trying till she finds the right treatment. Between the orthodic insoles and the Physical Therapy she recommended, the pain in my right foot is minor. I expect that pain will be gone by the end of treatment.,
She is wonderful and very helpful when it comes to foot pain! Very friendly, thorougal, and too the point. I've been to 3 other foot doctors before her for which i was only given shots.
