Dr Cernak is efficient, professional and kind with a refreshing sense of humor. She took time to explain to me treatments available and what my options are. I received an injection in office for pain relief in which she used an ultrasound. This took out the guessing and made for quick relief and only one shot! She is awesome and her staff are professional and kind as well. Definitely recommending to others! I look forward to my next visit with her.
She did an excellent job with my foot. She noticed and immediately and fast solve the problem! Amazing! Highly recommended to see her!
Dr. Cernak is amazing. She is knowledgeable and always looking out for her patients and their wallets. Always talks about the most cost effective way to get the treatment. She performed a minor foot surgery on me a couple of years ago. The results and healing were perfect. I am back now for some additional treatment. I would definitely recommend seeing her.
Dr. Cernak is direct and proactive. As a person with diabetes, she is helping to make sure my feet stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible, rather than waiting for small issues to become larger. She genuinely cares about the patients and wants the best for each one.
Dr. Cernak provided me with some of the best medical treatment I've received in my life. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with my exam. I walked in there with a high level of pain and got immediate and temporary relief. I immediate received tests at Kenosha Radiology to assess my pain and treatment. I look forward to my next appointment to discuss treatment of my condition.
Every time I go to Dr. Cernak's office is an education. I have learned so much about diabetic neuropathy, the right kind of shoes to wear, foot care, and balance braces. Dr. Cernak and her staffs excellent care have allowed me to have greatly improved mobility with a lot less pain. I have encouraged several people to see Dr. Cernak for their foot care needs.
I have been seeing Dr. Cernak several years now, she & her staff have taken excellent care of my feet, without her help I probably wouldn't be walking without pain now.
Dr.Cernak went above 110% in providng my care.She did not hesitate when the pain in my heel was so bad during my mothers appointment to offer her time and knowledge and was able to see me with her already busy day.It's comforting to know she listens,cares,and wants to help you find the problem and guide you to the sloution.
Cynthia is extremely proactive, through, investigative to make sure she has arrived at the root cause of a problem. She explains what has happened and what the plan is to repair the damage. Her office staff is knowledgable and friendly and all are very concerned about how you are feeling. Clearly her staff is hand picked and she is the kingpin of the family! I would recommend her and already have to anyone needing foot care.
