I have bought 2 of these trailers. A 2017 and a 2018. Let's see the list: 1. Axles tear up 2. Screws on the enclosed panels constantly falling out. 3. Fenders come loose constantly 4. Back door comes off track at least 1 time per month. 5. Now the back bumper is cheap. Dosent take much for it to rust out.. my 2017 is rusted, handles constantly break. Lying, theiving crooks. I purchased a brand new 8.5x24 and in about 12 hours of owning a wheel broke off, after further investigation the other 3 were ready to fall off also. The places they said would warranty by me if I had issues are apparently not true. Still fighting with them 3 weeks later. They are pushing the blame on everyone else. Sorry cynergy, but your craftsmanship sucks. No quality controll. Leaky roof, really leaky walls, weak entry step, shoddy half done welds, I can see the ground from inside the trailer! The roof metal looks like an ocean in a bad storm, (probably because the roof trusses appear to have been hand bent around a tree by an untrained monkey.) Not to forget about the 3 missing vent screws, 1 broken off roof trim bolt, and another one missing. Also, why did you short cut the "V" part of the sheet metal on the front by 6 inches? This company has the WORST customer service that anyone can ever experience. I have called multiple times and can never speak to anyone but a secretary that only forwards calls an answering machine. NEVER have I received a returned call. I hope they don't last much longer in business with their Attitude toward customers.

I ordered a 2018 Cynergy 8.5x26 Advanced on September 23, 2017 and took delivery of the trailer on October 30, 2017. Over the last few months, I have had several problems. On the entry door, the latch’s dead bolt stopped working, on the passenger side, the light above the wheels, the trim ring fell off, several screws have fallen out, and the two big problems are a pretty bad roof leak in the back corner on the passenger side andrecently found 2 different stress cracks forming on the side, about chest level up on the drivers... read more

Sandi Maughon I am assuming you meant that you have bought some brand of enclosed trailers since 1998, but not from this company since they have only been in business since 2012 according to their own website. I appreciate all these reviews because I am looking at purchasing one of these trailers in the near future. It seems as though there is an even mix of good and bad reviews. I will have to do a little more checking before I open my wallet up!!

Jackeline Moncada Thanks for letting me know the believe in fairytales. Because from the negative comments these trailers are junk, and you don't know what quality is.
