Here's a follow up to my prior review. I have't been using my Cynergy 20' V front trailer for the last year since moving. I discovered water was leaking in from the roof in MULTIPLE areas. This is due to what I'm assuming are Tech screws that were used to fasten the silver faced cardboard to the roof frames. Nothing between those screws and the paper-thin roof, so every point on the roof that came in contact with those screws, wore holes in the roof and now splitting in all directions from the initial hole. First of all, I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. We have made two trips with our new 28’ enclosed trailer. In less than 2 months and 500 miles, here is a list of our issues. Paint chipping off tongue Ground for lights is bad Front passenger side and rear driver side breaks have burnt up Sharp edges on all seams on interior and exterior doors We were told that we could take it to Georgia to have repairs. I bought and Cynergy trailer from TRT Trailer in NC and the floor framing wasn't welded to the main frame on all 4 sides just 1 3/4 sides. Not only is it not welded the frame is rusting from lack of paint or no paint trailer is brand new paid $6500 for it and never seen salt or a winter. The wall are screwed every 4' not 16" where wall studs are so walls flop around and I'm sure they will wear out from hitting wall studs. I just bought a 7x16' Advanced from V-Trailers. I don't understand all the negative reviews about Cynergy. I did my research and they provide affordable cargo trailers that are a lot less expensive that others. In order to provide them at the price point they do, it only makes sense that they use .024 metal thickness instead of say .030 thickness, and forgo some of the additional accessories that come with the more expensive trailers. 24’ had bent axel, bought it in the rain so did not notice it dog tracked down the road, Martin in service will not answer, sent pics, also backing plate bent, light s are off and on, had to retire completely, Do Not Buy this junk
I understand now why eBay member seabo99 (SDG Cargo Trailers, Douglas, Georgia) advertises that they will beat anyone's price for these trailers. It's because they are the shoddiest examples of what a cargo trailer should be, compared to their competitors. I also believe that SDG and Cynergy are owned by the same individuals, posing as two different entities to deflect the customer problems and warranty issues that are sure to arise.
