This is my family's 1st visit since Dr. Chen's office reopened in June after restrictions on essential businesses such as dental and medical were lifted by the County . Frankly, I was a bit worried about COVID19 and wanted to find out how Dr.Chen and her staff would keep us safe. Long story short, I and my family are very pleasantly surprised by how well they are prepared and what they have done to keep us safe, from the new COVID19-safety procedure with very strict phone screening before making our appointments and on site ... read more
Dr. Chi is very helpful and patient. The staff are very nice too.
As usual, people are friendly, environment feels safe, and doctors are professional. In addition, quite a few new devices are added since my June visit to more effectively guard people from Covid-19. Thanks!
Recently I was back to Dr. Cyndi Chen's dental site to have had a routine teeth cleaning, also the first time visiting her office since Covid-19 pandemic. A cleaning status of Cyndi's working environment impresses me again. All required for Safety and Healthy are complied with CDC regulatory guideline. Really appreciate all efforts done by Cyndi and her team (particularly Edina) on keeping patients' safety and healthy!

Compared to the last visit, they have multiple equipment to provide safety, including new protocols to watch hands, air conditioning etc It is a good experience
