These guys are 100% con artist! Selling used parts as new. Calling complainants liars. And their BBB RATING IS “D-“ I don’t know who is giving them a four star rating, but rest assured they are not!

Please , if you need your heads refurbished , go to your local shop . I ordered a set for a 2003 3.1 Chevy engine , even with the casting numbers they still sent me the wrong heads. As for quality , I don't know if their workmanship or materials are lousy, but I started burning oil 6 months after installation. Multiple shops confirmed that the valve guilds and seals were causing this. I called then for a warranty exchange and spoke to the Owner . NO QUALITY CONTROL. DON'T BE CHEAP LIKE ME! TAKE YOUR HEAD TO YOUR LOCAL MACHINE SHOP AND GET YOUR SAME HEAD BACK! ALUMINUM THREADS WERE WEAK AND STRIPPED ON VALVE COVER GASKET. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CHECK. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BEFORE I INSTALLED. THREADS WERE STRIPPED ON EXHAUST MANIFOLD, BUT I CAUGHT IN TIME,. HAD TO USE HELI COILS. LUCKY THAT VALVE COVER TAPPINGS WERE ON TOP AND ACESSABLE.!!! YOU ARE WARNED.

Used these guys many times after I was referred to them. Had no issues with their work or customer service anytime I have used them and this time no different. This was a complicated head I had and after a few phone calls back and forth Cylinder Heads took care of me and got it right the first time. Repeat customer.

Used Cylinder Heads over the years, order most heads off of Ebay from them, but needed a head rushed, ordered it from sales guy and picked it up that day. Will continue using Cylinder Heads because they take care of their customers and do great work.

i bought from them once, junk heads with problems. had to returned first head because manifold bolts don't line up, second time the heads don't hold compression at 90 psi because of burnt valves, all they did was surface the head. smith auto told me they are bad machinist after inspection, also they don't help me because i installed it' warranty is a lie, also bad customer service.

Been using these guys for years now. As a professional mechanic it is important for myself and my customers for it to be right the first time. After several dozen cylinder head jobs i've had zero issues and recommend them every time i get a chance.
