I don't understand the few bad ratings for this place every time we've been there it's been great! They're helpful and accommodating and they have everything you need
This place is awful and has super condescending staff. The last time I went I ended up returning everything I bought. (I didn't even make it out the door) I'm never returning to this place again. Go to Eden Bicycle if you want to be treated like a human.

Worst customer service. Told one price and surprised with another once they're finished!
I wanted to give this place a good review I really did but they showed their true colors when I didn't have my $ out paying for the next marked up item. I spent $80.00 and by the suggestion of a employee I bought innertubes that dint even last my ride home. Imagine my frustration when I go back the next day wanting an exchange for a defective product I was rejected and told that I take all the risk, wtf?! I was very disappointed with their service. I have always recommended this shop to anyone with any Bicycle needs. I brought two of my bicycle in for some much needed maintanence, very quickly I was told I was better off with a new bicycle and that my bike was going to cost me over $ 400.00 to repair they were very sure that without this costly repair the bicycle was not going to work. The bicycle only needed a new tire, tubes, chain and brake cables. A total of $120.00. Thank god, I took my business elsewhere.
I just had a birthday and thought I would checkout my local bike shop and I am very happy with the help I received. Looking for an older persons bike is a bit different than picking out one when you were a kid for sure. I would definitely recommend CyclePath.
