I took in my Trek (which they don't sell) for a few problems I was having. The staff was wonderful, gave my bike a fantastic tune up, and let me know that I didn't need a new drivetrain which I originally thought I did.
Don't ever go to this Bike store it sucks,they just care about money, they are good in insulting people too.
Fantastic customer service! The dudes here are great! I purchased my first bike I've had in awhile from Cyclepath, after a few rides I was having some discomfort. I called the shop and they had me come in so they could take a look. They took their time, watched me ride, and completely customized my bike to my body. They are patient and kind which is really refreshing when you feel like you're asking a lot of silly questions. I will be coming back here for ALL OF MY BICYCLE NEEDS! I love coming here. Smart, wonderful staff and excellent service. They sit through all my dad jokes, and fix my poor baby whenever I need. I think the customer service is wonderful, and the prices aren't the cheapest but they're fair. (Also, the name is a pun, so clearly they're hilarious.)
I've been going to this bike shop since before 1986.
I got everything that i was looking for. The guy Philip was super awsome, he made sure i had everything that i needed. They offer a limited amount of tune ups with in 6 months i believe. And ther are free within those 6 months i think but. The place is super welcoming everyone was very chill and they really put the extra effort to help you get all set completely with what you need.
