My name is Kevin Duncan. I recently came to this shop for a oil change. The Service person made me aware of the other things wrong with bike and told me of a interest free loan that wasn’t based on credit called snap.I was told it would cost a 1000 and I was approved for a 1000. When my bike was finished, I was directed to sign the loan papers to receive my Bike back. These papers looked nothing like the original it now said over 2000 was owed.
