Friendly people always try to help. Large selection of tires helmets n cool things.
The staff was friendly and helped me right away, thanks guys
Every time I go there I cannot get anyone to help me... employees act like I'm invisible...Four people working in the front of the store not sure how many in the back and I'm one of only three customers and cannot get any help after 10 minutes I give up and leave...That was the last time I will ever go there for anything!
They did a great job changing my tire out they were backed up an it was my first time there an they went ahead an got it done. Fantastic service

Yep, we have been over ran in the last 3 weeks with people who waited till May to have service work done. Normally the load is spread over March and April. The average dealer sells 350 tires a year. Cycle Outfitters sold and installed that in the last 10 days. We have averaged over 20 bikes a day. Sorry for the wait but we are getting caught up. We are down to one day waits again. Thank you for your patience.
I've went in there numerous times to get parts for my Harley. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and prices are usually below what everyone else has. I would recommend them to anyone for a good experience
I bought a Kathmandu jacket at the store and it needed warranty repairs for two things. Austin went through several rounds of negotiation with First Gear about actually getting the repairs done. Eventually First Gear decided to replace the jacket in lieu of repairing it and I had a new one delivered to my house within a couple of days. Thanks, Austin!
