I've been a customer here for 25 years. Between 2 bikes & a combined total of over 300,000 miles they have always provided good service to both of my bikes. Not to mention they have the BEST prices in town.
Very knowledgeable and were able to take care of me with a limited time schedule.
I've been to cycle outfitters quite a few times in my years of riding, today I experienced the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. The gentleman on the phone went above and beyond his job and did something for me that the company doesn't usually do to ensure that I would be able to make the motorcycles on meridian event this weekend... shout out to #cycleoutfitters ... I appreciate your help today...
I went in to get new tires put on and got my bike back with grease all over my pipes and the pipes started chirping told them it'd never made this sound before they said sorry there's nothing we can do about it. I would never take your bike there to get any work done it is unprofessional and not quality work at all.
They have forgotten that their business is service. Apparently no one there knows exactly how their service department works
