Was just there today. They did a great job helping my mom and her boyfriend find everything that they needed! We were in there for about an hour and they were attentive to us the whole time! My 8 year old niece was with us and one of the guys (I didn't catch his name) was so good with her, she was asking a million questions and trying everything on and instead of getting annoyed with her they were very patient. Thanks guys! Will always come back!
Ordered transition face shield for my helmet and I was suppose to pick it up before 6 pm since this is the time they close. I could not make it until 6 and I've called them at 6:10 and luckily someone answered. Yes, they answered after closing time and said they will wait for me. YES THEY WAITED UNTIL I STOPPED BY @ 6:40pm This is the best store, very nice and friendly people and I will always come to this store

My son and I recently bought motorcycles, and went to the Tinley Park Cycle Gear store, where we met Chip. Chip was most helpful in setting us up with the proper safety gear, while at no point making us feel rushed or pressured to buy. Further, his obvious knowledge of so many things relative to bikes and safety were greatly appreciated. He has earned our business for many years to come! Excellent customer service earns my business, and this is what he did. Thank you!
