Employees are not very familiar with motorcycle related products. The one guy looked at me like a deer in headlights when I asked for spoke wheel cleaner. He said "you mean like soap and water?". I left and went to chi-town. I was dumb for giving this place a chance.
Nice s can be when you're buying something. My wife spent a bundle last yer on. New Shoei helmet ( very nice) and Sena com system ( piece of carp. She's had trouble with it since day 1 sales could have suggested an easier unit to operate but no had to sell her the most complicated unit and costly unit they had. It quit on her on a recent trip so we go back to where we bought only to get the total run around by run around by Chip who has no clue what customer service is. John helped find the perfect helmet for my wife. Knew exactly what to set her up with when she described what she was looking for. Very professional and knowledgeable.
