unfortunately the only consistency they've ever demonstrated is with piss poor diagnostics, inflated prices for parts and labor, and apparently basic comprehension of a seemingly simple problem... especially when the bike is brought back MULTIPLE TIMES for the SAME problem and yet all they can think to do is scratch their heads and guess. blame never falls on the floor here- unless of course it's to the owner of said bike. if the bike isn't brand spankin' new from their own show room, don't bother.

He is very knowledgeable and thoughtful on taking the time to throughly explain and give me the very best recommendations. Folks here are top-notch, will recommend to my friends and family.
