Horrible customer service Waited for 20 mins for someone to help me. 6 employees walk right past me before someone offered to help me. All that waiting to be told my dad parts weren’t in & the employee who answered the phone misread the screen. I stopped by after my dad called & they told him the items were ready for pick up. . . Ridiculous.
ATTN: All military, veterans, first responders or anybody. If you are looking for a motorcycle, Polaris Slingshot, (Watercraft) Jet Skis or any type of off roading this is the place to come. Go see Dave Sears and the staff there and they will take care of you. I know I will be coming back in the summer.
Awesome experience today. They came and picked up my dads Polaris for service no charge during this crazy time.
