Outstanding service from Michael Bennett, from Alamo Cycle Plex. He volunteered and came out and rescued me when I broked down in my Slingshot. My battery cable had disconnected, Michael came out during his lunch break, fixed the problem and got me started on my way. I met him at Alamo Plex after he fixed the problem and he had battery ports installed underneath the hood. Not only did Michael display outstanding support, but commitment, dedication, and passion for his job. His professionalism is 1st Class!!!!
Awesome customer service! Couldn’t have asked more from Michael, kept me well informed, made the right repairs and provided honest feedback and direction to fix my Polaris Sportsman. Best part was the price was right. Again, thanks Alamo Cycle Team...you have my business and hopefully many others!
Took my bike there for service and repair after a small accident, and Michael Bennett was very helpful through the entire process. Very quick with status updates the entire time. Will absolutely be taking my bike there for any future service.
