Let me tell you how awesome these guys are, We had another shop put some upgrades on our bike, and there was a issue we couldn’t find, we called Brent, and we were ready to transport it to San Antonio, because the shops around us could care less, Brent and the crew was on standby, fortunately a good guy stepped up and helped us out. I purchased my polaris slingshot well before the current owners of Alamo Cycle Plex had taken over, the experience was good, Josh the salesman was motivated and very informative. He even remembered my name on a return visit.
