All I can say is Brent in service has made me a lifelong customer. Bikes are tricky, and having owned my own shop (sales and service) I can say that his methods are beyond reproach. It’s the little things like he returns calls almost instantly, is honest and upfront about what is happening with your bike and personally follows up to make sure you are happy.

From the first phone call made to Alamo Cycleplex Service Dept to picking up our Vanderhall when work completed, Brent and team have been awesome! While the dealership is a little over 3 hrs out of our way, the customer service goes a long way. They are courteous, provide understandable explanations, follow-up with updates, and overall helpful. Will keep coming back!
All the staff was very professional and knew their jobs. Our sales rep, Eric, took good care of us. We were doing a trade-in and Alamo was very fair with us. Chris wrote up our contract and explained all the warranties we had to choose from. We enjoyed looking around the Showroom and Lot at all the great inventory.
