so far so go good on my pre built. no problems with shipping either, only thing is how long it took to get built and shipped out. other than that 10/10
Computer was DOA but they overnighted it back repaired it and returned in in less then a week. The computer is fast quiet and looks really nice. I have plenty of USB 3 ports and display options.

This company will definitely have my business in the future. I typically build all my computers, but the current graphics card climate forced me to go pre built. About 3 weeks before I received my order I got a call from their customer service. The cheap case I had picked out was out of stock. They gave me a free upgrade to a Phanteks p400a (an awesome case). pc works great and i love it, however the rgb an keyboard came in broken
Ordered 2 new systems from them both shipped on the first day of expected shipping although both shipped lacking the keyboard and mouse that we had added that was quickly remedied
great service and quality website with plenty of build options highly recommended
hardrives were lose when I received the system. In the future i hope that clx at least zip ties the hardrives instead of leaving them lose. System started up okay and i am only able to hear audio through headphones. Hopefully clx will do better and at least secure the hardrives next time.
Easy to purchase from their website, Phenomenal customer service i absolutely love the computer i received While i did have to send a malfunctioning part in for a replacement the entire process was quick efficient and quite pleasant resolving my issue a lot faster than i expected
Works great so far. Hoping to get a long life out of it.
