The buying experience was streamlined and fun with my son online. The updates on the build out along the way were cool. My son and I are super pumped with the finished product.
The computer I ordered was delivered within the quoted time, about 1 month. During the process, the status it was in on the website had me concerned because it didn't seem to update, but their customer service was good. Overall happy with the pc they sent me.

For the status system that was in use, once a system had been ordered, and begun the process of moving through the various stages, e.g., Confirmation, Validation, Parts Picking, etc., a status wasn't updated until the product actually started a given stage. This is my first owned Pc and all I have to say is it is more then I expected and I love it very much
Had a manic episode with paranoid features; smashed my computer in a fit of rage, spiraled into a depressive episode and ended up hospitalized. 3 days after my discharge this bad boy arrived at my door and gee willickers is it everything I've ever wanted and more. 10/10 would buy again. Bi-polar disorder gets a 0/10; don't recommend.
Had the rig for about a little over a month, everything works and looks as advertised, very happy with my system. I7-10700k 3.8 8-Core 16 gigs ram 750 watt psu MSI GTX3060
Extremely happy with my purchase. It has been smooth sailing and no hiccups so far. It's everything I dreamed of and more.
