for a first time pc buyer i was impressed with the customizable options, aesthetically and internally. there unfortunately was an issue with my motherboard when testing and the est was pushed back. after paying for an express shipping i was let down obviously, but after a great experience with custom service they upgraded shipping at no cost to me! i may have waited a few days longer but it was worth the wait. shes a beaut and runs nicely, i will definitely be ordering again from them in the future!
Awesome job!!!! With the global chip shortage I was skeptical - but not only did these guys come through but came through with a beautiful PC, reasonable priced rare products (including Nvidia 3080), safely packaged, with responsive customer service. Will use again in the future. THANK YOU
Bought from this company because I trusted their ability to put together the computer and test it before shipping. I also knew that it wasn't going to be possible to get a GPU right now with everything going on. I saw how expensive everything was on their site but still went with them even though I felt like they were heavily price gouging because I knew there were issues getting GPU's for individuals and I trusted their abilities. This is the second PC I've bought from them and I have loved both. They run and look amazing. Plus they are extremely helpful when you have a question, both before and after the PC arrives. Will be a CLX customer for life.
