I've been putting this review off for a while just in case the computer decided to crap out. It has not (aside from when I messed with the bios settings... never again) to my extreme satisfaction. The order process was quite easy. It was a plug & play. It has exceeded my expectations. Love the product and as far as production they nailed it. However, I just wish they would have made it more clear that the picture of the product posted on their website isn't the same one you will be getting. I am completely new to the PC world and when I saw clx pop up and their basic PC looked like the photo they have. I was excited and when I received it and plugged it in it was completely different. anyway I am pleased with performance thank you.

The actual PC is great. I'm really enjoying it and it's performing really well. The communications back and forth after the purchase and before receiving it left something to be desired. They have a really nice system to monitor the build process, but after it goes to assembly it's not updated through the testing and shipping processes. When I contacted support the first person didn't show any urgency or regret over customers being given a system that didn't show valid information. Packaged well. Started right up and once the ethernet cable was hooked up I was in business. The experience so far is great.
I am pleased with my CLX Horus purchase. The PC was built very well and came in excellent condition. The customer service at CLX is outstanding. This is the third CLX PC that I bought and I will continue to utilize CLX for my gaming PC needs.
Easy, streamlined order process. Was kept up to date on order progress with email updates. Arrived a few days earlier than expected which was an awesome surprise!! Packing was done with care in mind. Setup was a matter of plugging in cables from my old PC and was up and running in minutes! Money well spent.
The Computer works perfectly. Got it in a timely manner. Once it was delivered I had it up and running in min. Nothing but good things to say about them and their products.
