I ordered online and never talked to anyone as they had the system with the components I wanted. Ordering was easy. Shipping was great and no damage at all. Computer powered up fine and everything works at high levels of computing. Good gaming systems are not cheap. I am very satisfied and would buy from Cybertron again. Excellent experience!!
completely terrible, after taking the PC out of the box and setting it up i have had nothing but issues. Constant black screens and restarts of my system and other issues. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

Awesome customer service, I contacted customer service before I bought the system and asked a couple of questions. Cust. Svc. responded in a very quick manner .New computer works great so far, no complaints. Wish more instructions came with the box as i have had only a computer off the shelf from a big box store and laptops before and this is a fancy pc and I do love it.

First off, all my life, as far back as I remember, I was always building the systems myself. Always been cheaper... but times change I guess :) CLX offers so many discounts and offers literally every single week, its actually cheaper! I was hesitant at first, looking at other companies... lets not name em, but you folks all know what I'm talking about, little room to play around with hardware you want, plus those custom cases, leaving you with no room to upgrade yourself. Bought the RTS ultimate 5 from them. Came with an RTX 3080 and ryzen 5900x. PC is an absolute beast! Cable management in the system is impeccable as well. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if they use better cooling options for this processor. I upgraded to a better one, but the cpu temps ran beautifully after. Little alarming when I see the first review is someone with MY NAME. Something I would never write as I do not have a wife.... Anyways that craziness aside I am a very satisfied customer. I really liked the pdf logs they show you of the progress being made and the benchmarks. I got one hell of a deal. Top of the line equipment for very reasonable prices!
