From picking each part for my computer to it being delivered to the customer service everything was excellent i highly recommend anyone on the fence about getting a computer to use CLX choose what's right for you and do so with no regrets.
I use this computer everyday for hours. I will buy another one from CLX, this year I will request they add ******* 11 64 bit to it.
I have not received my computer yet, so I can only rank the buying experience, which was excellent. Over the past 18 years, I have built 3 gaming computers. I needed another, and did not want to spend the time selecting and buying all the components. Being able to select one of their standard builds, and then being able to customize it is a great offering. The configuration process was excellent. Lots of different options to pick for unique system configuration. Only negative comment I have about CLX is their site configuration progress dashboard. Since placing my order it only got update once and force to constantly email and call CLX customer support for updates. I believe this was due to an increase in orders because of holidays, however it is still kind of annoying not having any updates in the dashboard. I have my custom build for about two months now. Everything from start to finish was great, got on there site set up my pc how i wanted it. They built and shipped it out in a timely manner and sent all quality control documents with it. After i received it i couldn't remember which graphics card i had. So i reached out to customer service and they were promt with the info i needed, and also offered to help me if i needed something different. All in all great people to deal with!
I purchased my son's first gaming PC (CLX Ra w/limited edition Sakura chassis) for Christmas. The whole process was streamlined regarding the selection of components with *free upgrades for the promotion* and updated regularly regarding the progress of the build. I loved the way it was packaged carefully in the wooden crate and the Instapak foam to protect the components inside and around the PC. My son and I are very happy with this purchase.
Besides the fact that i had to send it back because it broke on shipping, it was great. I got the actual computer pretty quick because i lived nearby so if not for the damage it was good. Great customer service btw
The communication is incredible throughout the steps. I especially loved the QA Forms giving me details as they went. Recommended to my friends and family.
Purchased this system for our grandson for Christmas. He is thrilled. We're hoping he has future with something to do with computers.
