Carla Morgan and her excellent staff is the best property management company ever! We leased out our home and traveled for 3 years via motor home. We didn't have to worry about a thing! They took care of everything at such a low price. They really should up there rates. The whole staff is great, especially Jeni who took care of collecting rent and paying our mortgage and utilities. Anytime I called them, they were available or would return calls quickly.
CYA has been managing my rental property for a few years. The team has been great in managing the property for me which has been saving me a lot of headaches.
It would be nice to receive responses in a more timely manner. Also, our fence is still down, and no one has been updating us on whether it will be fixed.
Carla and team have been our property managers for many years. They have always been responsive to our needs and taken great care of our renters.
