Horrible customer customer service. I have called numerous times and was forced to leave voicemails that were never acknowledged. In addition their call center representatives has emailed banker and branch manager yet still no returned phone call. Unbelievable! Horrible online banking too! Please review your estatemente for unwarranted service fees. I look forward to closing all of my accounts and products

Shitty service, false promises, horrible banking procedures. If you want to wake up one day and receive over $50 in overdraft fees, even when you definitely had money in your account according to your account page, then by all means join this bank!
Too bad you can't give a rating of zero stars...what a sorry excuse for a bank. Checks sent back as NSF when sufficient funds were and are available. NSF fees for their mistake. The embarrassment of having to deal with NSF checks to my creditors all because CFFCU can't get their act together. Went in-person to clear this up and they did credit back NSF fees but were unable to verify if the checks did clear. I have to do all the leg work to fix their mistake! Not a very good experience.
