why would you have a staff member yapping about a child in the lobby today!!!! ridiculous!!! everyone take your business elsewhere.. this is not a kid friendly credit union. plenty of other credit unions in the Houston area!!!!

I had the oppt to deal with Cy-Fair on 2 different occasions. My first experience was with the virtual tellers and they are awesome. I honestly am not a fan of the virtual tellers, but Cy-Fair does it right. The greeting with a smile and quickness of service is what separates them from their other institutions that have this same virtual teller setup
Completely unprofessional when it comes to communication. the credit union does not return emails, phone calls, nor do they follow up. They are so proud and brag about wanting to help teachers but they could care less. When you need help they will turn their back on you. From the receptionist up to the branch manager every facet of that bank is dysfunctional. Be prepared to go through the fire to find help, once you do they will retreat you like garbage. If you like getting NSF when you have money in your account then by all means open an account. Also when you call to discuss the matter and get told maybe I should handle my account differently. Sorry we all can’t budget the same way just as we all don’t have the same jobs and bills. Tired of being kicked around by this Credit Union, it’s time to go!!
Since moving our local branch from 529 to Hwy 6 it is now a miserable, impersonal, “Black Mirror” experience.... No “Real” people to interact with, only video monitors, touch screens, and closed circuit tellers that are locked up in some bunker somewhere and unable to talk face-to-face. Not a pleasant experience at all (actually, a bit unnerving). We’ve been Cy-Fair customers for over 10 years and have been very pleased up until now. Now we are shopping around for a new bank that will treat us like human beings.
