Wow! Just walked into the new credit union location on highway six and 529 this morning and I felt like I was transported into the future. I was greeted by live people dressed in black and bank teller screens with live tellers interacting with us through the computer. Very space-age 21st-century. Everyone was very nice and helpful but it’s a very different experience. Not difficult in anyway just different. Efficient and easy, actually. Good job CFFCU. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On two occasions, I've chosen Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union for business banking, first with Cy-Fair Sports Report and now with Search/local HTX, and I can't imagine having to deal with another bank. We all know how banks are. Not CFFCU! Wonderful people, top to bottom, a caring, customer-first attitude, and I honestly get the impression that the person across the desk from me (whomever it is) is invested in my business' success, just like I am. I could not recommend them more strongly! ❤️

Both of the two new proposed locations are now inconvenient to me. THANKS! NOT! Will more than likely be closing my accounts.
Terrible place
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. As a resident for Cypress, I gave my business to them in support of the city, I opened a business checking account 3 weeks ago, waited in the lobby for 3 hrs on a Saturday then another hour with the rep. This past weekend I get an email explaining they are force closing my account because the business doesn’t meet their requirements. Cy-Fair Credit Union is by far one of the best institutions to do business with. I had the pleasure to work with representative Christopher Dotson who was knowledgeable, professional, and genuine making my experience supreme. Im happy to see where my credit profile and financial well-being can go!!
