Christopher Dotson at the Skinner location was extremely helpful with our banking needs! He went the extra mile! He was very professional and provided quick responses to emails and phone calls. If you need assistance with a loan, opening an account or whatever, ask for him. Great customer service!

I went into the Skinner location for a loan. I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Dotson. My experience with him was awesome. He went above and beyond what I ever experienced. He answered all my questions and made sure I was aware of all products available to me. His patience was great, and he never rushed the process. I have been with this credit union for almost a decade now, and I have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently, I got my second car loan from Cy-Fair FCU through Christopher Dotson at Skinner location, and he provided top notch service, including tips on getting the most bang for my buck when negotiating with the dealership. They are slow on title transfers in regards to re-financing. They can take anywhere from 1-4 months. I have had to go to the tax office twice now due to there inability to process paperwork in a timely manner. If you don't mind making a trip to the courthouse then this is the place for you.
