Very clean and polite. Very quick. On the higher end of price range, but I think it was worth it - they returned calls promptly and even hauled away all the garbage we sadi we would haul away but didn't have time.
Hasty installation with omissions; otherwise nice people to work with.

Floor installation was above and beyond industry standards. I assisted this customer and guided her through the insurance process. Customer only knew she could have an insurance claim due to water damage when the suggestion was made through my meeting with her. I dealt with the insurance company to make the customer's experience less stressful. There was no hasty installation and all work was performed to contract. I had old wood floors that we thought were fir, we found out that they were white oak. The Carrs were great they came in and refinished my floors. The floors look like new. What a difference it made. I Would deffinitely use their service again. Thank you sooooo much
