Very helpful and friendly service. Was able to use a Good Rx coupon 1 day after paying the "insurance price" for a prescription. By using the coupon, I saved over $400.00. The staff member was helpful by refunding my original purchase price and rebilling, using the Good Rx coupon even though it had been 24 hours since the original purchase.
The customer service experience is great! The staff is very friendly and courteous. The problem is with the inconsistency on the payment. I have the same card on file in the app for both delivery, pickup in drive thru and in-store. It’s enabled for fast pickups as well. When it’s used for fast pickups, it fails, but the exact same card works when I pay physically. The staff suggested I delete and re-add the card, which still has not resolved the issue.
Clean store. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The Pharmacist was excellent when administering my vaccines. I'm glad I transferred here when Rite Aid closed.
