There was a mechanical problem with the inhaler, and the powder wouldn't come out. I inquired at the counter and they gave me a phone number to call for inquiries. I called the number but they wouldn't replace it, so I inquired again at the pharmacy, but they were very rude and didn't help me. I'm disappointed.
Staff was prompt and professional with helping me with my prescriptions.
Pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful! Store employees are also great!
Pharmacy is always busy. Service is mediocre. Many times I can go in and stand there at pick up and no one even acknowledges me. Long hold times on the phone. Mostly staffing issues I see. Nothing the staff can do. More so a company problem.
