I had a great experience with Rosario at the pharmacy. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me. Rosario took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s always nice to encounter someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Pharmacist gave me wrong information.every time I go different people working there.use to be much better.
With true customer service being a thing of the past my CVS somehow still finds a way to provide me excellent medical assistance. They know my name and whether by phone, or in person contact me regarding refills and doctor related changes. At 73 years of age my wife and I feel very fortunate to have them assisting us with our medicinal needs. The pharmacist and her helpers are also always there to answer questions and provide needed support.
I was picking up a prescription for my sick sister and law. And when I show up, not one person looks up to even acknowledge my presence. It took me clearing my throat before anyone said anything. Horrible customer service.
