Calling in to the pharmacy is way to hard. I want to talk to a person sometimes, not have to go through some half baked automated phone tree. Please do better. What I suggest is to try your own system out. Pretend you have a question that can not be answered by your automated system. Also pretend that the phone tree makes sense and is trying to help you. Try to suspend reality and think the CVS cares about the customers and wants to make a good experience (this one might be hard). Maybe make a older parent or friend try it o... read more

The female Pharmacist at this location is nothing short of AMAZING!! The fact that she ask how my mom is doing and listens to my concerns and offers great recommendations is so comforting. CVS PLEASE LISTEN. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP HER!! Whatever it takes. She makes a difference.
