UPDATE: Received a call back within 5 minutes and I he lady was super nice. Changed my 1 to a 4 . Thank you for the quick call back. Trying to call and speak with the pharmacist is like impossible. You go thru all the prompts, which takes a good amount of time then get told to leave a voicemail. When I call, it's because I would like to speak with them directly, not a voicemail. This is really frustrating when I just need to ask a question before making my way up there.
Everyone that is employed there are very friendly and helpful too
Calling in to the pharmacy is way to hard. I want to talk to a person sometimes, not have to go through some half baked automated phone tree. Please do better. What I suggest is to try your own system out. Pretend you have a question that can not be answered by your automated system. Also pretend that the phone tree makes sense and is trying to help you. Try to suspend reality and think the CVS cares about the customers and wants to make a good experience (this one might be hard). Maybe make a older parent or friend try it o... read more
