Funny how this pharmacy keeps messing up my prescriptions, blaming my doctor's office and the insurance company over and over. Yet when I finally lose my temper at them, they somehow get their sh*t together and fix the problem in five minutes.
I told them STOP calling me that my refilled prescription ready to be pick up. I told them I DON'T take it anymore. Three times told them NOT to call or refill at all. They called me twice today. I tired of it. I used to have Target CVS, they stopped. After my move, changed to other CVS. OMG they are incompetent!
Incompetent pharmacy staff! Letter going out to the CEO (not that he cares). Switching my part D pharmacy plan during open enrollment so that I don’t have to deal with CVS anymore
Every time I have to pick up a script here ( not mine because no way would I fill mine here) they always say come back in half an hour and it will be ready but it NEVER is and then the promise to expedite it and hours later you still don't have your script. God forbid you are really sick or in extream pain as my mom was while I waited all day for her scripts to be filled! Worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever in my life experiences as well as no apology!
Never get it right !! This time put my name on the label for my husband pills!!!
The store itself is great. And the store manager is wonderful. The Pharmacy staff is by far the worst I have even encountered. Clint is ok but Larysa is the worst pharmacist. 7 hours to get a Rx filled that a doctor called in requires no counting and still wasn't ready. Said that it was cause they were busy. Unacceptable!!! The Rx was for a sick 8 month old baby and was promised an hour after it was called in!!! They are always slow. And never professional!
