40 minutes in a drive thru for a prescription ~ ridiculous!!
I just sat on hold for over 20 mins!!! Nobody ever answered the phone!! No way they can be that busy!!
I've only been going to one for about 2 month but every time there is an issue and the girl I talk to was no helpful at all and did not try to help either
I love CVS!! I know most cashiers!! Love Jacinda & Jessica!!! They are always so friendly with everyone and so helpful!!
I lost my $7 coupon....oh well....but the front cashier gave me $5 off cause she saw me give some money to a man (won't bore you with details). I know they are always are good and generous to our clients we bring from Active Day...but I didn't expect this. I left and as I headed for my car she (the cashier) yelled for me. She found my coupon and handed it to me. I told her to keep it because she gave me a discount. She insisted I keep it. I am just so moved by how they care! Just wanted to share.
Today is the fifth time my prescription has been wrong. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to use CVS or I would absolutely not be returning. The bottle should match the prescription, not rocket science.
