The pharmacy customer service is HORENDOUS! 20 MIN WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU. 30+ HOLD TIME ON THE PHONE. For some reason it's the same 1 blonde pharmacist w/ white glasses & 1 tech. "we get too many calls & scripts." I was told. Management is LACKING & doesn't care about the company nor the customers they serve. Walgreens was bad, but not this bad. they jus don't have the meds you need!!! THIS IS THE WORST THOUGH.
The worst pharmacy customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was beyond bad customer service... more like actionable negligence and discrimination. The staff pharmacist is disgustingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish I had checked the yelp reviews before trying this pharmacy for the first time. They affirmed that this behavior is the norm, not the exception.
