CVS Drive-thru Covid testing is exposing all customers to this deadly virus. No PPE enforcement or other disinfecting is being preformed. I am very concerned about the fact that CVS is conducting Covid-19 testing in the same drive-thru lane as they are servicing customer's prescription needs. They folks in the pharmacy are rude, unhelpful, and worst of all, spiteful. They had the dosage for my medication on back order for two weeks (they had a lower dosage they could have given me, but wouldn't); refused to transfer my medication to another pharmacy, and made me ill and jeopardized my health. Management doesn't care. Go anywhere else. Do not trust them with your health!☠️
Pharmacist on duty 5-13-2020 @ 5:30pm was telling an employee how to get me to leave the store so she didn't have to put in an order of something they were out of, so someone on the morning shift would have to deal with it. Then she pointed and said he's right there, and I could hear him the whole time. Then he tried not to look at me til I told them to just cancel it and I'd have the doctor call it into Walgreens tomorrow. not enough staff extra long waiting for prescriptions, excuses only 2 working.
I've been trying tho get someone on the phone from pharmacy for 2 hours and 45 min. the first hour I was on hold. I hung up snd tried again and for the next hour and 45 min. I kept getting disconnected.
Came in at 5:50 was told 25 minutes so left came back at 6:30. Pharmacist says "oh I haven't even typed it in." I get your ready to come home but so am I after working late. She didn't even apologize just said oh I had a few orher controlled substance before you! I don't really care if you tell someone something you should stand by it.
stores open but I cant find any employees in the store.... this place could be being robbed blind right at this moment. guess I'll do business at Walmart from now on instead of wasting my time stopping here.
