Just sat at the drive thru for 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that was filled Thursday. There no reason it should take 40 minutes to walk around a counter and pull a bag out of the bin. Only about 10 minutes was spent waiting behind the Covid testing idiots.
If i could i would give 0 stars your store is a joke and your pharmacy tech is extremely unprofessional and rude..i dropped my prescription off at 10 am around 130 i called to check on it and the pharmacy tech said it wasnt ready because they were out of stock. I asked why they didn't call me she repleied with major attitude that they sent a text, i told her Yes i got a text stating you were FILLING it not that you were out.
