On duty cashier was chatting with off duty cashier, that was sitting on the counter in her shorts. When I asked for help, I was bothering them and the cashier was not happy to help.
Had a general question about over the counter cough syrup for my child. Couldn't get anyone to maintain eye contact, let alone say anything to me. I ended up leaving and going to Ride Aid on Delaware. Had my questions answered there quickly and politely. CVS won't see me again any time soon.
I just want to commend you on your Sheridan Drive store. I appreciate your good mannered employees and the fact that they are welcoming to couponers. I shop there weekly and enjoy a consistent pleasant experience while shopping there. It's my favorite location in the area in which I live. Thanks again!
