went to the drivethru and the young lady came to the window with no gloves on... i had been to the dr and because i had 2 of the symptoms for the Coronavirus they tested me for it (do i think i have it... noooo.. do they think i do "lets air on the side of caution"). so, i explain to the young lady that i have been TESTED for it, for YOUR safety can you put on some gloves? I have called numerous times tonight to get my script and I can never get ahold of anyone.
Needs to go out of business they are useless and extremely rude
They lost my prescription. Had the audacity to say they will look for it later. I do not know who is training your pharmacy employees, but you may want to look elsewhere. I'm offended that when I'm ill the people i depend on are inept.
Tried to correct a phone number issue with pharmacy and they were extremely rude. Whoever Jeremiah Miller is, he needs to correct his freaking number so I can stop being bombarded about his medication. I'm certain he'd rather be informed, not me. Thank God I don't live anywhere close to this pharmacy. I'd be going somewhere else. What should be a simple fix has turned into a huge aggravation! Also, FB needs an option to leave no stars. This CVS doesn't even deserve the 1 I was forced to give just to leave a review.
This is the worst pharmacy in the world. They text and say prescription ready get there that's a lie. Prescription not available and they will not call you and let you know nothing, why do you ask for my phone number then. When I get all my refills, I'm going to Walgreen.
