They have more on one occasion helped us so much. Yes they are busy and you might have to wait very courteous and kind.
We have been going to CVS pharmacy for more than 10 years for all of our pharmaceutical needs. They used to be great....but in the last year or two there has been a steady decline in not only the customer service, but also the availability of medicines. My son has an incurable illness and needs his medicines to survive. When I call for refills and am told they are out of a certain medicine, but can’t get any information of when it will be available....that is a major problem.
If I wasn’t required by my insurance to use CVS, I would be gone in a minute. Slow is not the word for this store.
The pharmacy is great, if you want your time wasted, information lost and walk out with nothing cause they aren't smart enough to do the job. Keep on failing your good at it.
Was fourth in line a clinic, so took about hour wait, not bad without appointment, got me in, figured it out sent me on my way, good experience
Terrible experience everytime I've been in definitely changing pharmacies
I just left hospital n pain sick n they r taking their sweet Time computer s r down can't run my insurance till 6am wtf I'm sick .... really thanks for Nothing. ....pissed
Was once a happy place to be and work prior to change of district manager, and store managers.
